In response to growing demand for assistance regarding marketing purchase, sale and  transaction management, Haga Kapital has formalized its services through licensing and membership in GIPE, one of Spain’s largest industry associations for real estate professionals. The aim is to safeguard a high level of consumer protection in real estate transactions and comply with ethical industry standards and professionalism.

Founded on August 27, 1985, GIPE’s primary mission is to ensure robust consumer protection and uphold high standards of professionalism in real estate transactions. This is achieved through mandatory education and licensing for its members. Beyond licensing, GIPE monitors relevant legislation and provides comprehensive legal support and guidance to its members in areas such as marketing, sales, and the execution of property transactions.

The combined expertise of GIPE’s members, along with the organization’s support services, forms a strong foundation of competence for individual professionals.

The main objectives of the association are as follows:

This guide is based on public studies identifying recurring problem areas and serves as the foundation for future consumer protection regulations in Spain’s real estate market.

Based on this work, Haga Kapital, in collaboration with a certified architect, has developed the concept “Quality Assured Properties”.
